TO celebrate the launch of the new film, Elvis, Newmarket has 15 per cent off the Elvis Presley’s Memphis, New Orleans & Nashville escorted tour.

Baz Luhrmann’s biopic, Elvis, is released on Friday, June 24, starring Tom Hanks as Elvis’ manager, Colonel Tom Parker and Austin Butler as the pop singer who became the biggest film and music icon of the 20th century.
The nine-day tour costs from £1,602pp with departures available from August 2022 all the way to December 2024.
The price includes direct return flights from London Heathrow or Manchester to Atlanta.
Seven nights’ room-only accommodation at a series of hotels is also included, with one night in Montgomery and two nights in New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville.
Holidaymakers looking to take advantage of the special discount will have to book by July 31.
The nine-day tour includes visiting Elvis’s home town, Tupelo in Mississipi, Beale Street in Memphis “the home of the blues”, Nashville and New Orleans’s famous French Quarter.
Fans will also get to spend two nights in Memphis at The Guest House at Graceland, right next to Elvis’s famous mansion.
The tour will be taken on comfortable, air-conditioned coaches and transfers, always accompanied by an experienced tour manager.
Elvis fans will also have the chance to take the optional excursions available, including a New Orleans city tour, steamboat dinner jazz cruise, Bayou & Alligators tour and more.
The holiday packages are ATOL protected.
The new film delves into how Parker, Elvis’s manager, exploited the star, telling him in one scene: “Without me, there would be no Elvis Presley.”
It also looks at Elvis’s relationship with his ex-wife Priscilla Presley, who praised her former husband’s depiction.
The story is set against a changing cultural landscape in America from the 1950s to the 1970s.
