The German Masters qualifiers will be a star-studded affair over the coming days, with the world’s top players scrapping it out in Cannock for the chance to head to the Tempodrom in Berlin in January.

The main stages of the event run from 26-30 January in the famous venue, but players must get through two rounds of qualifying for the chance to play in front of the rowdy German crowd.

It is not one to be missed so the world’s best will head to Cannock for their chance to fly to Berlin and try to claim the title and the £80,000 top prize.

Ding Junhui is set to compete for the first time this season, as is Ng On-yee.
