“It’s been good, I’ve had a really good time,” Fury said of his time retired. “I’m about to get busy on tour and there’s a lot of exciting things going on.

“I’ve been offered a record deal actually. By one of the most famous companies in the world. So I’ve got some exciting stuff coming up.”

Asked if he was going to accept the deal, Fury said: “Might do, yeah. I’ve not agreed to it yet, but I’m taking it into consideration.”

Fury would be able to call on some famous friends if he did record an album and he name-dropped two of the best-selling artists to ever hail from the UK as possibilities.

“I did a little bit with Robbie Williams and I’ve done a little duet with Don McClean,” Fury explained. “We won six awards for that duet, by the way. I’m just contemplating on who I want to sing with next.

“Yeah, I might do a little bit with Ed [Sheeran]or I might do a little bit with Adele.”

The WBC heavyweight champion said he is about to go on a speaking tour, he has a third book coming out and a documentary in the pipeline.

However, the 33 year old has become notorious for leading the crowd in a sing-along after he is victorious in the ring and maybe the unbeaten fighter will take that to the studio.

Many within boxing are still of the belief that Fury is holding onto the WBC heavyweight belt so he is in prime position to face the winner of Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk II.

Joshua and Usyk collide on August 20 in Saudi Arabia and all of the IBF, IBO, WBA (super) and WBO heavyweight titles will be on the line.

With no mandatory challengers waiting for Fury, he has the luxury of keeping a hold of the WBC belt and being in a strong position to make the undisputed title fight – should he want to.
